This hour is dedicated to using somatic practices and sound healing to help you drop deeper into your body. Somatic practices are designed to help individuals with their body awareness, particularly useful for those who have chronic pain or are survivors of trauma. We can get so wrapped up into our day to day lives that we forget to tend to the soft animal that is our body. This is a gentle way to check in with yourself. Please note price is for individuals only. I do offer group services as well that can be found on the services page. Thank you!
This hour is dedicated to preparing individuals for their psychedelic journey. Using somatic practices the individual will be given resources they can harness during their psychedelic experience. Somatic practices are designed to help individuals with their body awareness, particularly useful for those who have chronic pain or are survivors of trauma. We will also be practicing intention setting for the experience helping the body be grounded. 2-3 sessions are recommended. Please note, no psychedelics are used or offered in these sessions.
